At Mechmaxs®, we strive to make the warranty claim process as simple and smooth as possible. Please carefully read our warranty terms below.
All machine repairs must be carried out at an authorized Mechmaxs® service center during the warranty period. Products requiring repair must be sent to designated locations.

Engine warranty starts from the shipment date:
Whole machines: 1 or 2 years depending on the model (see product page for specifics).
We may repair, replace, or refund products found to be defective or damaged during transit. Wear-and-tear parts such as blades, clutches, PTO shafts, belts, and hoses are not covered unless clearly defective.
Photo/video evidence is required for all warranty claims. Send documentation to support@mechmaxs.com.
We cover repair parts and standard LTL shipping. Expedited shipping (e.g., NDA) must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Mechmaxs® reserves the right to reject any claim at its discretion.
