At Mechmaxs®, we strive to make the warranty claim process as simple and smooth as possible. Please carefully read our warranty terms below.


Warranty Repair Information

All machine repairs must be carried out at an authorized Mechmaxs® service center during the warranty period. Products requiring repair must be sent to designated locations.

  • Warranty period starts from the date of shipment.
  • Self-repairs are not eligible for manual compensation.
  • Contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Warranty Service

Engine Warranty

Engine warranty starts from the shipment date:

  • VANGUARD and KOHLER engines: 3 years
  • All other brands: 1–2 years (check product page for specific model details)

General Product Warranty

Whole machines: 1 or 2 years depending on the model (see product page for specifics).

We may repair, replace, or refund products found to be defective or damaged during transit. Wear-and-tear parts such as blades, clutches, PTO shafts, belts, and hoses are not covered unless clearly defective.

Photo/video evidence is required for all warranty claims. Send documentation to support@mechmaxs.com.

We cover repair parts and standard LTL shipping. Expedited shipping (e.g., NDA) must be arranged and paid for by the customer.


Exclusions

  • Damage from external forces (e.g., weather)
  • Normal wear items
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Lack of proof of purchase

Mechmaxs® reserves the right to reject any claim at its discretion.


Ownership

  • Warranty valid only for purchases made through www.mechmaxs.com
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • No warranty for third-party purchases
