Return and Refund Policy

MechMaxs® Returns & Exchanges

Any products that you have purchased are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date.

How to Return or Exchange Goods

  • Obtain Return Authorization: We do not accept returns without authorization. Please take a photo of the item and email it to support@mechmaxs.com with as much detail as possible regarding the reason for return.
  • Regarding Exchanges: When requesting an exchange, inform us of the product SKU you'd like to receive instead so we can prepare the exchange process and calculate any cost differences. For faster service, purchase the new item first, then your refund will be issued once the original is returned.
  • Repackaging Instructions: Once your return is approved, ensure the product is in its original packaging. Opened products are not eligible for return. Machines that contain flammable liquids must be emptied, air-ventilated for 24 hours, and safely packed to comply with federal shipping laws.
  • Safe Repackaging: Improper packaging may result in refund denial. If shipping on a pallet, the product must be strapped and covered with cardboard or plastic to prevent damage.

Fees

Order Cancellation Fee

  • Customer-requested cancellations may incur a 3% processing fee.
  • Orders canceled after shipment are subject to full round-trip shipping costs.
  • Orders canceled before shipment may still incur up to a 3% fee.

Return/Exchange Fee

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • You may return the product to a designated MechMaxs® warehouse or pay a return shipping fee for pickup.
  • Original shipping and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. One-way shipping costs typically range from $300 to $1,200 depending on size, weight, and destination.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. Timing may vary based on bank processing times.
