If you cancel your order, the refund will only include the amount you actually paid, not the value of any coupon discount.

Free shipping on most orders. Orders ship from CA, IL, NJ, or TX within 2-3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-8 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info (when available). You can track directly with the carrier or use third-party sites.

Orders typically arrive within 3-8 business days after processing. Remote areas or unusual conditions may cause delays up to 14 business days.

Once shipped, cancellations may incur restocking or shipping fees. Unshipped cancellations may incur up to a 6% refund fee.
